Scott Hart

Owner

Scott Hart is the owner of Hart & Sons Plumbing Inc that is operating the Z PLUMBERZ of Ann Arbor franchise – an affiliate of BELFOR Franchise Group – locally out of Ypsilanti, MI. The company has been serving and actively supporting the local surrounding communities since their conception in 2017. Hart started his plumbing journey as an apprentice in 2001 and worked his way up to starting his own plumbing business in 2017 and opening his Z PLUMBERZ franchise in 2020. Hart and his 12 employees pride themselves on providing great service and quality work while building a name in their community, which their Google Reviews can confirm.

Hart states that his franchise concentrates on serving their clients with respect and professionalism with the backing of BELFOR Franchise Group.

Scott Hart is a native to the area of his family owned and operated business with wife (Christine Hart), a public school social worker at Westwood School District, and their 3 boys (Wes, Leo and Cam).
